Library tours
The Library of the School of Philosophy organizes library tours for various audiences, such as students of the School of Philosophy, high school students, librarians from other academic institutions in Greece and abroad through the Erasmus+ Mobility program, as well as researchers, faculty, and students from the international academic community.
During the tour, group members have the opportunity to explore the Library’s collections firsthand, tour its facilities, and learn about the Library’s history and services. Compliance with the Library’s rules and regulations and respect for its readers are essential requirements.
To participate in these guided tours, those interested may submit a request via email to phil(at)lib.uoa.gr or contact the Library’s manager, Mr. Gerasimos Tourkogiannis, by phone at 210.7277949. In cases of high demand, priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tour duration: 30 minutes
Number of participants per tour: groups of 25–30 people.
Participation is free of charge.
