Freshmen welcoming week
During October all freshmen have the chance to visit the Libraries of our University.
Guided tours for first year students are organised by the Library of the School of Philosophy every year for a few days. The tour also involves demonstration of self check machines, searches in OPAC catalog, distribution of informative leaflets, etc.

Introduction to the use of the Library - Educational programme for first year students
The Library of the Faculty of Philosophy organizes an hour-long training course entitled: "Introduction to the use of the Library" for the first-year students of the Departments of the Faculty of Philosophy throughout the winter semester after consultation with the lecturers.
Through demonstration, hands-on practice and exemplary internet searches, the Library's specialized staff introduces students to the Library's basic services and collections. After the program, a tour of the site is given for those who are interested.
The classes do not exceed 25 people . Students may bring a laptop with them, just in case.
Participation is by online registration.
