Location and access

The Library is located in the Zografou Campus,  on Nikolaou Politi street, near the School of Philosophy building. Zografou Gate is the nearest entrance gate.

Bus lines serving the School of Philosophy:

    608 Galatsi – Akadimia – Zografou Cemetery (circular bus route)

    220 Ano Ilisia – Acadimia (circular bus route)

    221 University Campus – Akadimia (circular bus route)

    235 Zografou – Akadimia (circular bus route)

    250 University Campus – Evagelismos (circular bus route)

    Ε90 Piraeus – University Campus (express)

By car, from the central gate of the campus (Olaf Palme Street) at all hours and from the gates of Kaisariani and Zografou Cemetery between 7.00 – 10.00 and 14.00 – 17.00.

 

Access for Persons with Disabilities

University of Athens has two special vehicles for the transport of students with disabilities from their homes to study  places  and vice versa.

Persons with disabilities can enter the Library of the School of Philosophy from the disabled parking, as shown in the picture.

People with disabilities coming from the School of Philosophy, temporarily and until the external elevator is operated, can contact the School of Philosophy concierge (2nd floor), in order to facilitate them to go down to the basement with the elevator and pass through the restaurant. From there access to the Library is possible via the ramp and after a phone call notice.
