Register with the Library

Students, researchers and staff of the University can become members of the Library (LIC) and borrow material from its collection in all libraries with their academic id card.

All freshmen are aytomatically registered a few weeks after their enrollment to a Department . If this is not the case, they have to fill in the  membership application form and send it together with an image file of their id card to the helpdesk.

If you are a guest or visiting for a certain period you need to bring a proof of affiliation with NKUA university in order to get your library card for borrowing books.

Every registered member  declares  automatically that she is aware and accepts the terms of the LIC regulation relating to borrowing material from library collections.

Library card is strictly personal. Borrowing rights are not transferable to others. 

If there are changes of personal details given with registration  (telephone number, email, etc.), or in case of  card loss you should inform the Library.

Your library card is deactivated  upon graduation or  when you are no longer affiliated with the University.
